Weight Plates
Weights come made up of various materials, hole sizes and with or without a coating protecting the actual weight.
Weights can be made up of iron, steel, chrome and even cement.
Weights can be coated in either rubber or urethane to prevent damage to the actual steel, iron chrome and cement.
The hole that attaches the weight to the bar can be one of three sizes, 25mm, 30mm and the standard olympic size of 50mm.
The actual weigth of the weight can be from a half of a pound all the way up to one hundred pounds or 50kg's.
